I had lots of those green men with the various guns and man I had some battles! No GI Joes, that seemed girly to me. No offense ladies, I am old. I even forts with indians and we never crossed over from WWII/Vietnam and the Civil War.

Green army men, my cousins and I would have battles with them and hit them with artillery (firecrackers). That was a lot of fun.

Totally agree green army men are the best whole buckets of them for cheap. Not to mention you got ones with parachutes. And the little platforms made them stand up much easier than the GI Joe toys.
