I have had brittle bones for 26 years after Iraq and other health issues. I'm now going through the Boston VA depleted uranium poisoning group. Does anyone have any experience with them? What can I expect?

Why do you think that DU is the cause? I rather strongly doubt that it is, but the testing will not hurt. Gulf War Illness has been found to absolutely not be due to exposure to DU and it has been found to be due to combination of genetics and exposure to low level of Sarin nerve agent. I have been researching DU since 2004 and I have found far more lies being spun about DU than truths.

Do you have any other info about it? Have they told you anything already? I can try to reach out to someone at the VA for you if you'd like.

I don't really know anything. I'm being enrolled because of my exposure and DU poisoning.

Carlos, Do you have an internal VA contact point? I think mine who used to be on the now defunct RADSAFE list may have retired since I have gotten no reply from him. I want some critical information from VA concerning two people who were major campaigners against depleted uranium who substantially misrepresented themselves and misrepresented DU even more badly.

Lt Col Roger Helbig - Are you in Boston? This question was posted over a year ago but I can poke around if you need me to.
