Has anyone done recruiting for Chaplain's in the Army?

Just got an initial offer letter for AGR to be a Chaplain Recruiter. Has any other Chaplain Assistants been in a role like this? My job would be to process the paperwork for the recruits, not to actually go an recruit them. The Chaplain that I am assigned to will do that. Good or bad but helpful please.

I was involved with the Chaplain recruiting process a few years ago. There is much more flexibility in regards to medical standards and obtaining waivers. (At least back then) You will want to focus your efforts on both the experienced Clergy and those just graduating out of college.

Great Job and you will them deal with the DA Chaplains Branch where I have a Great friend there. As you are already a 56M3O you will be great in the job.
