Has anyone ever been in a screaming match or any altercation with their superiors?

I have on a handful of occasions, depending on what the issue was.
There was on that escalated to a fistfight (out of public view, of course). One turned into a screaming match (behind closed doors). And the latest one ended up with us nose-to-nose in a screaming match because I was not going to let an NCO form another platoon administer corrective training on me for something I didn't do, especially without my NCO being present.
BLUF; it happens, whether we like it or not. But there is a right way to go about it, and a wrong way. Allowing it to escalate to anything above a conversation is most definitely the wrong way.

I went on a lovely trip to NTC and had a "discussion" with a 1SG (Army E-8) who wanted me to run my fuel point his way. I'm relatively new to the 92F MOS as I was Infantry for most of my career. He was trying to tell me to set it up and run the Fuel Point in a manner that I was unfamiliar with. I informed him of how I would be setting it up and that I was unfamiliar with his way and felt it to be an unsafe way to do the fuel point. Mind you we would be refueling M1's and Bradleys. He informed me that we could play Rock, Paper, Rank and see who won. I stuck to my guns and informed him that as I was responsible for setting up the refuel point and I was responsible for my safety and my A Driver's safety I would set it up my way and if that was an issue to take it to my command. He proceeded to inform my NCOIC of my actions and my NCOIC came to me to discuss the issue. When I informed him of what the 1SG said and how he wanted to run the refuel operations my NCOIC proceeded to respectfully inform the 1SG that he was wrong and the way we ran it was the fastest way to refuel a company of M1's and Bradley's. Never heard a word from the 1SG after that. I will never back down to any rank when it comes to the safety of my troops or myself and in this case I felt the way I was most familiar with was the safest and not the way the 1SG wanted it done.

Never physically touched an nco but have had a few heated discussions with them, we had an E-6 in my unit that was way overboard with everything, never cut anyone even a little bit of slack. Until he was told by 3 different enlisted guys that he was an asshole because of it, all prompted by him to tell him straight up what soldiers thought of him and all at different times. I hated this guy so bad but i tell you what, he did a complete 180 and turned out to be an awesome NCO, he went from being it's my way or the highway to being firm but fair. He started listening and hearing, he was still tough but he wasn't the total prick he had been before.

I did hit my Platoon Sergeant once. I was reading a newspaper clipping that my Grandmother had just sent me. My Uncle had just shot a guy in the line of duty and I was stunned by the news. That stuff just didn't happen in my home town. Apparently either this guy didn't say anything to me or I didn't hear him. He just grabbed me by my shoulder and spun me around. Well, suffice to say, my fist was faster than my target identification skills. My command wanted to court martial me, but the Post Chaplain intervened and got it squashed after I explained everything to him. Surprisingly, the SFC understood when I apologized to him. However, he always announced himself nice and loud when he approached me from behind after that.

I was a young E3 signal corpsman on a 2 week deployment with an MP platoon. I got along with most everyone in the Platoon and had a certain degree of latitude with the Sqd Ldrs and PSG because of my knowledge. The PLT Ldr was a completely different story. The idea of a no nothing 2LT no nothing was something I didn't believe in til I met him. Needless to say I tore into this 2LT one night as he was not rotating his squads properly to allow the proper amount of rest. We always had 3 Sqds on mission with one down for rest but on call for QRF for the Bde AO. Well he received a tasking order from Bde for a squad. Instead of denying the request or retaking another squad he decided to wake up the down squad that had just pulled 24 hour duty to pull this meaningless task. Needless to say they complied but in the process I'm chewing out this officer while the PSG sat in his chair in our CP grinning. Needless to say this 2LT was jacked with constantly by the PSG and the rest of his plt for his lack of any brains.
This wasn't his first jack up with the PLT or company as he got us all lost on a vehicle convoy once before. We returned from that 2 week mission and he was transferred out the next month.
Come to find out his last unit had completely duct taped him in a shitter which lead him to transfer to us.

One time an officer tried to give me UCMJ for using unauthorized weapons for training purposes. I wanted my men to hear what an AK-47 sounded like. Later we had a fist fight. And that all I can remember from gunny highway

Was a PFC and an E5 asked myself and a PV2 to watch a stack of weapons. Of course we did and the Sgt returned to relieve us about 20 minutes later. The 3 of us thought his weapon was in the stack when he asked us to watch it, but it wasn't. Shortly after he and my PSG realized it wasn't there they come at us. I can't say that I yelled, but I was firm when I told them no one touched the weapons while we were there, and that he should have checked before he relieved us, stating it was no longer our responsibility. He kept talking and I kept repeating you relieved us, until he gave and admitted he should have checked. I immediately turned around and walked away, hearing our PSG chew him out as we walked. They found it and he apologized. I think one of his team members had picked it up while his back was turned before we arrived. I'll never go down for something I didn't do if I can prevent it. I love them and miss them both to this day, the incident didn't effect our relationship at all.

I've had a few. I'm a hothead anyway, but the one that really stands out is my first trip to NTC. Baby PFC Collins out there doing medic stuff, I was the only Evac platoon medic put on night shift. Naturally this is set to cause issues, since someone higher up the chain than me decided that our TMC tent city was to be set up on the opposite side of the fake FOB from the rest of the BN's living quarters and showers. Since I needed a partner to go anywhere, and my shower time was at odd hours to anyone else...i just didn't get one apparently. Asked my SGT, asked other people's SGTs, asked literally anyone i could find, but no one was cleared to go up there and my SGT just blew me off. So after 4 days of this, I'm pretty ripe, I'm chafing to the point of bleeding and I'm really, really angry.
I grabbed my shower stuff and proceeded to hike out of our little mini-FOB we had going on. my SGT proceeds to try to stop me, at which point I just let loose 4 days of rage on this terrible cow (5'1", almost 200lbs and not on the fatboy program? Yeah right). The amount of screaming drew out half the TMC, i get threatened with UCMJ, but by this point i don't care. I just want my freaking shower. They exist, they are close enough for me to walk to, if I had to beat someone to death I was going to get my shower. Eventually my PLT SGT comes out and tells this horrible excuse for an NCO to do her job, we round everyone up and make sure that everyone actually gets to bathe. Apparently I wasn't the only one who was running around nasty. Ended up apologizing and explaining it to the PLT SGT, which saved me from the Art. 15. I still have a grudge against that useless excuse for an NCO and probably always will.
