Has anyone had an issue with BAH after they PCSed?

I just PCSed and my LES is reflecting my new zip code for BAH but it isn't reflecting the full BAH for with dependents at the new location. It's supposed to be 2010 but it shows like 1884. Is it because I in processed in the middle of the month? Is this something to go to finance right away this week or wait for the next LES to see if it is correct?
I have never had this happen any time I PCSed since I started to get BAH. But this time I'm in on base housing so it's a little different since they take full BAH. I have enough to pay on the 1st for housing but just wondering if anyone had experience with this. It says w/dependent on my LES too. I have to change it from spouse to child but that shouldn't matter anyway.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff when you in-processed during the PCS at the new duty station, finance should have asked you to submit a new 5960. As a former S-1, I would have you submit a pay inquiry to verify your entitlements. And some finance offices may see you since you are a senior NCO.

No they said we have to do it at our unit because our commander has to sign it. They said they just change the zip code and that's it.
S1 is the last thing I in process after I do all the S shops and the company. I just have the company, CO and 1SG left and then S1. Either way - I still have a dependent. That 1884 isn't the without dependent rate either. Without dependent is 1734. I have her birth certificate uploaded into my records. I did that whenever they sent out the MILPER or whatever that said if you don't get birth certificates uploaded, you could lose BAH. I also had my divorce decree uploaded when I inprocessed personnel records. SO all that paperwork is in IPERMS.
I tried to file a 5960 before I left my last base but since we were at an AF base, we had to go through Ft Riley since it was the closest Army base. Well they didn't get back to me until literally the day I out processed. Housing here said I needed my LES to say with child or I had to list a spouse so I told them I had to get it fixed here.
It's very weird the BAH is somewhere between the with and without dependent rate...

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff finance also prorated BAH based on your arrival date to the new duty station. Divide 2010 by 30 and multiply the result by the number of actual days in the month you were at the new duty station. That might be 1884. And if you PCS from a CONUS location, you would have received a prorated BAH from the previous location. The 1884 might be the two different amounts combined. Either way, do a pay inquiry with finance to get the final answer. I wouldn’t wait, file it now to make sure they get your pay right. Finance is quick to take back and slow to pay out.

Ah that makes some sense. But it doesn't work out to 1884. My BAH at my last duty station was $1491.
I'll see if I have time whenever my HHG gets here or this week. Thank you for your responses.
