So I've been trying to get a hold of RP for the last few weeks with questions regarding my account and still have not heard anything back. Anyone have any similar experiences with the mods of this site?

To answer your question specifically, I've found the RP staff to be responsive. I know they're a relatively few people managing around 500,000 accounts, so I wouldn't be surprised to hear there's a bit of a delay.

Yep already talked to her and sent in the new info to them for it. just didnt realize that I had made the mistake and wasn't just a system error
