Has anyone heard why the ORB system is having prolonged issues with updating data? And does anyone have any insight as to when HRC will have these issues corrected? Here is a link to the latest update that HRC posted on the matter:

It may be due to the inevitable transition to IPPS-A.
Regular Army should continue to make updates through the eMILPO. If you haven't talked with your HR personnel, you should start there.

Our S1 section does not know anything outside of the official HRC statement that I linked above. In my case (and I'm sure I'm not the only one), S1 updated my awards from my last deployment back in November. Usually, you see such updates post to an ORB in 48 hours or so. They still have not updated three months later. Appreciate the response.

COL (Join to see) unfortunately I don't know the AA systems as well as I'd like but if you've exhausted your S-1's capabilities, I would reach out to career manager at HRC.

COL (Join to see) if the board is closing before they fix the issue you could write a detailed memo to the board listing what is missing and have it added to your board file.

Yes, thank you. I wrote a letter for my last board. I'm not asking the question for just myself. This is a situation affecting a lot of people. I'm just curious if anyone has any insight when it will be cleared up since it's been going on for months.
