No... But my son went to the Star Wars deal, and got to see the screening... He said the whole thing was amazing... Of course to me... there are only 3 stars wars movies... 1,2,3, or IV, V, and VI.

@Col Charles Williams, did he have any trouble with the stampeding crowd?
And I agree that IV,V, VI are the better of the two existing series. I am really looking forward to the new movie.

PO3 Steven Sherrill - No, he said it was crazy and great... He said was waiting on line for a screening in a satellite/overflow room, and a worker pulled him out of line for the main screening room - live screening. He said before he went.. it was a chance of a lifetime... he paid he way... and he had a great time... We have traveled the world, but this was his first trip on his own... He loved it...

I think we're beginning to see a revolt against CGI. Bteween Mad Max: Fury Road and it's amazing stunt work, SW:TFA's explicitly highlighting that they're building practical sets and practical effects, and Mission Impossible's "The Stunts Look Real Because They Are Real," we're finally seeing a balance between CGI and practical film-making.
Part of the problem is that it's painfully obvious that CGI animators do not know a damn thing about physics, so what you see looks like a live-action version of Looney Tunes...

PO3 Steven Sherrill I am geeked out and excited for this remake! I saw IV when I was ten years old about 12 times, I remember because I saved my paper route money and just was enthralled with IV, V and VI. Like many fans I was very disappointed by 1,2,3 especially the casting choices and lack of meaningful script & acting. I hope Disney does not screw up this franchise and catches the spirit of the original three movies.

The more I see, the more Icannot wait. I really do think that they are going to do a decent job on these films. I am going in open minded.
