I believe CIOC is going to be rolled back into CISAC like it once was very soon if it hasn't happened already. At least, that was the plan when I was back at Fort Huachuca last year. At any rate, CIOC is basically just CISAC that is only attended by officers (with occasionally more emphasis placed on management I am told). If you have any particular questions about the CI field in general, feel free to hit me up sir.

yeah .... and for every block of instruction that was outstanding, there was a block that was shitty; they literally used incorrect instructional material, telling us afterward that it was wrong, because they were too fucking lazy to send update/correct material through the process to be used. The CI committee was too fucking lazy to send broken training aids - like harness radios - to be fixed. All-in-all, it was a horrible course. I hear it got better.
