Remember pogo sticks? Did you have one as a kid? Pogo sticks have gone extreme. They are high powered and offer both a cardio and core workout. You still must provide the power. But because of the heights you can reach, helmets and knee pads are strongly encouraged. Have you tried a professional pogo stick lately? Would you consider it for a fun workout? What sort of workout do you think you'd get if you jumped your pogo stick for 30-45 minutes?

Try the Vertugo! $399 and uses air compression instead of springs. Can support up to 300 lbs!

Never. As a kid, I had a pogo stick and one day I inverted and pile drivered the driveway with my head, putting a serious dent in the asphalt. That was it. Glad nothing... blip nothing, blip nothing, erp more serious happened....

CH (MAJ) William Beaver I had not idea this was a real thing. I just googled "extreme pogo stick", because undoubtedly you know Joe will take anything to the extreme!
