How can I get some Arabic inscriptions translated?

I have a coin that I picked up north of Mosul, Iraq in 2003. I’ve always been curious about the inscriptions. Are there any Arabic translators that can help me out? Thanks.

Hi,
I'm an Arabic Linguist (U.S Army Veteran). The translation for the Coin is:
"Festival of Marbed poetry
Ministry of Culture and Information - Baghdad"
This Festival used to be every year during Saddams Era in Mosul , Baghdad, and Basrah. Just for Poetry. Saddam Hussein used to love Poetry.
On the other side of the Coin are: The names of the famous ancient poets in the Arabs History.

I tried, it wouldn’t pick up the text. I think it doesn’t have contrast to pick up the text. I appreciate the advice though.

The plain side appears to say
حمرهى جان المر بد الشعري
وزارة الاعلام. بغداد
The top line might be a name. Could be an award for poetry. The calligraphy is a bit fancy, and if I’m off a few letters/diacritics, that could change things up drastically.
It looks like the bottom line states “ministry of information- Baghdad”
As for the fancy side. That would take a day. By the super fancy calligraphy, I would quick guess it’s just phrases and slogans.
It looks like it’s some sort of commemorative coin, not dissimilar from one of our challenge coins.
(*note, this is why we pay CAT-3 linguists the big bucks).
