I’m looking at my data report, have the scores for AD, CD, WD & CN, just can’t seem to find any definitive answers on how to interpret these scores.

The abbreviation stands for "Tailored Adaptive Personality Assessment System". It's an assessment, not a test, developed for the U.S. military as a personality measurement tool of new applicants and is primarily used to improve the personnel selection and classification decisions and to reduce turnover.
The recruiter responsible for your application will schedule a visit to one of the 65 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) located throughout the United States where TAPAS, alongside other tests and examinations, is administered.

Each applicant must take the ASVAB first to be able to take the TAPAS (when required to).
A computerized-adaptive testing (CAT), self-paced, non-cognitive assessment that consists of 120 items (questions) or more. Each item consists of a pair of statements for which the examinee’s task is to choose the one that is similar to him/her personality. Which is most like you? Example 1: a) I seldom lose sleep over worries. b) I have enjoyed being in positions of leadership. Example 2: a) I get along well with others. b) I always get my work done on time. Example 3: a) People come to me when they want fresh ideas. b) Most people would say that I’m a “good listener”. Example 4: a) I almost always complete assignments on time. b) I generally perform well under pressure. Example 5: a) I set high goals and work to meet them. b) I get along well with other people.

It predicts enlisteds’ performance and retention through their first enlistment term using three predictor composites: a) the Can-Do (CD) predicts technical training performance. b) the Will-Do (WD) predicts motivation-based performance. c) the Adaptation (AD) predicts attrition.
A minimum score will determine the qualification for certain specialties depending on the requirements. In other cases, applicants have to pass the test to qualify for enlistment.
In the event of failing the TAPAS, you might be rescheduled for another visit to MEPS to have it retaken and that's coordinated with your recruiter. Failing the TAPAS twice might disqualify (DQ) the applicant for a year, please check with your recruiter for more information.

Thank you for your quick, and extremely detailed response. It is much appreciated, this community is wonderful.

I assume as I haven’t heard anything about having to retake my TAPAS, I don’t have anything to be concerned about in this regard.
My ASVAB was moderately above what I needed, I was just generally curious if there was a way to further interpret the score (I only say score because that is how it reads in my detailed report) for the TAPAS.

PVT (Join to see) - There are no “right or wrong” answers, but it is most important to be honest in your responses to determine your suitability for the Army. Research by the Army has followed more than 100,000 recruits just like you during their first term of enlistment. TAPAS scores were found to predict how well soldiers perform, how satisfied Soldiers were with their job, and how interested they were
to remain in the Army. You can always talk to your career counselor to discuss your responses/results.
