So here is my situation, me and my future spouse are in the army active duty, we were on a rotation to South Korea, i stayed behind due to the fact that i just got to this unit a few months ago and he reenlisted to go to Germany ,so he is now back in the sates waiting for his report date , we are planning on getting married when my unit gets back in a few months , and hes planning on getting leave so we can do that in the states , is there a better route to take with this? need advice . Thank you and god bless

Challenges abound in this situation. Ideally, you would have married prior to anyone's PCS so you could use the Married Army Couple Program (MACP) to affect assignment locations and dates for the two of you.
Now you are going to be chasing this, and probably be geographically separated for a fair period of time.
I don't really see a better option at this point, since what it looks like you are focused on is coordinating a time where you can both be close enough to home in order for family and friends to attend. The trick will be for him, as OCONUS leave has a few stipulations, and traveling Space-A risks not being there on time. He should look to his CoC and get as close to an ironclad guarantee on dates so you can plan the wedding.
But the Army might have other ideas, so have a contingency plan.
My advice would be to get married before the wedding, to ease your transitions and get to the same duty station sooner. The ceremony can check the mom and dad box when you can get everything lined up.
