I hope this was intentional/a joke. Looks like his stock is on incorrectly too. BFA looks secure though (bonus points). I've often wondered why you need an ACOG on your rifle when you are using blanks anyway. Seems like a lot of expensive gear could get broken unnecessarily.

I am from the pre-scope era so I never trained with them. Would you actually employ a scope when using blanks?
I only use iron sites on my AR platform still today. I suspect anything I will need to shoot will be 100 yards or less away. If I need a scope for that it might be time to hang up the spurs.

Remember, your M-4 was built by the lowest bidding contractor who still makes 10 times the salary of Joe and Jane E-4. Nothing is impossible or improbable. :-)

It just goes to prove you really can do just about anything if you practice hard!

This is more wrong than ................ (Well somethings you can't say anymore). But I really hope this was some kind of joke. The Buttstock being backwards too makes me think it is being marked that way. It could be broken for all we know. But I wouldn't want a picture like that to get out on social media. It looks like 25th ID to me.

Reminds of my Security Forces times. Nothing is "cop" proof or "anything" proof. We were training on a new alarm monitoring system. "State of the Art" at that time and "cop" proof. During the training the civilian instructor said we could do "anything" to it and nothing would crash the system. I took him up on the challenge. I said "Really? Anything and it wont crash the system?" and He replied "Yes. Come here." So I did and he said try it. I did. I hit Control, Alt, Delete at the same time. What happened next was priceless. The entire computer shut down. His face was in terror. I got up and said "Cop proof? I think not." He tried restarting it and nothing. We went on a "break" and still nothing. He canceled training for the rest of the day. The next morning he said "Do NOT hit control, alt, delete."
