How do I change my references in my contract? Who do I speak to?

I have about a month till I ship to BCT. I recently looked over my contract and discovered my Mothers last name is wrong and birth place. I notified my recruiter but I believe he seriously does not want to fix it. Who should I notify next?

If you are of legal age, you can change the information at the MILPERCEN when you in process for basic since it has no effect on the contract. If on the other hand you are say 17 and she is required to sign then the recruiting station commander should be notified to prevent voiding/breach of contract.
