When you are in ATRRS, you start off with the Basic Search. When (if) nothing pops up, that is when it asks if you want to do an Advanced Search. I'm working from memory, right now. I can give you a better answer when I get to my government computer later on.

Sometimes it won't let you search the complete name of the school, search certain key words if your having trouble, if you know the location you can also filter that out as well

The names of the schools are advance search and intermediate search? Lol

Go to the ATRRS portal, go to the course catalog. Type the name of the school in there. If you know the name of the ASI you can just search for that.

you need to be on the NIPR to access ATRRS now. Easiest is to search by ASI or SQI if it the course produces one, next best is course scope and type in keywords like "parachute" or "surveillance"

CPL (Join to see) go to the ATRRS course catalog and type the name in the search. It will give you a list of classes. Click on the class and it will give you the list of all class dates and the location. FYI on site classes are listed as class number 00X. MTT which are off site classes that local units host are listed as a number higher than 0
