I served in Viet Nam in 1965 and now receive benefits for my exposure to agent orange and its deadly medical effects. While there I found I was pregnant with my daughter who has developed leukemia and has suffered a heart attack. Could these be because of exposure to agent orange during her 1st trimester in utero? Would she be eligible for benefits?

2LT Geraldine Fowler I also receive disability benefits for Agent Orange exposure. A VSO may be able to help you obtain benefits that your daughter deserves. Good luck.

Talk to a VSO (Veterans Services Officer) at a DAV, VFW etc.

Due To Multiple Screw-Ups By Our VA Medical Teams, Here In Vegas,
THEY Actually Disabled ME. All Proof Is On My VA Records, So It's Easy For Them To Acquire.
I've Contacted EVERY VA Government Official I Can Find, But Do You Know How Many Have Replied?.... Absolutely ZERO..
And I've Been Disabled By The VA For Around 20 YEARS... So Far....
Directly Due To My Primary's Constant & Consistent Errors,
I Had Emergency Surgery, Followed By a MONTH In The Hospital Plus An RN Coming To My Home For WEEKS,
The RN Was Giving Me Additional Antibiotics, In My Home, DAILY!
....So MUCH, In Fact, The ANTIBIOTICS Created Another Health Issue....
I Was Told By The ER Doctor Much Later :
(I Was Totally Unconscious When Brought In)......
...Had My Wife Decided To Wait Until The Following Morning,
I'd Have Been Found DEAD.....
His Estimate Was That I Would Have Died Within 4 Hours;
Had I NOT Been Brought In That Evening
I Now Have Medicare & Use South West Medical, And They're Attempting To Correct Some Of The VA's Errors, Although Others Are Permanent.....
While The VA Remains Silent On The Issues.

You can look through the VA site but I'm going to go with probably not. Or you'll have a very hard fight on your hands if you choose to pursue this because you are going to have to prove the exposure caused the leukemia or heart attack and I guarantee it's going to be very hard to prove.
