They are on your ERB. If you need further proof for some reason, you need to request a JPAS memo from your unit S2.

Talk to the Unit Security Manager. They will be able to provide all of that information

There’s a system that tracks clearances. Check with unit security officer or Intel shop.

Clearance verification for promotion? That’s a new one! Even less for a 92 series.

Google self service army. Click on hrc link. On the left hand side of page, go down to army reserve srb. Clink the link. Log in with CAC and click soldier data in middle. Far right tab under soldier data is security clearance info. You can also view your srb on there.

Regardless of what you need it for, it’s called a security verification memo. All S2 sections know what it is, even though different shops have different templates for it, the information is the same. Type of investigation , date of investigation, level of clearance , name and rank. It has to be done by your unit security manager and signed. Also, no, you should not print off anything from jpas.

Why would you need a clearance for a promotion packet? Your MOS doesn't require a clearance.

That’s what the packet wants.

A lot of USAR units and their commands want/require memo of clearance in the packets.

You can request that from your post security office. And maybe your MPD can assist
