Mr. Dylan Raymond I have to go with my Dad's advise to do the best you can do in everything you do. If it's worth doing it's worth doing right. At least that's how I remember it. I'm also an avid believer in not asking someone to do something your not willing to do also. Small consistent actions can lead to good results. Don't worry about who gets the credit for something. Always praise good works in front of others and be careful how you make corrections or inform bosses behind closed doors!

I've always had an issue with others stealing credit for my or someone else's work.It seems so tasteless to me. How do you make it easier?

It usually turns out OK in the long run! If it's just work you're all receiving your pay check the work needed to be done just try and let it roll off. You'll still think in your head about grumbling but remember "Thid too will pass". Now if it's copyright works or term papers by all means get it rectified as best you can. It is tasteless but either in this life or the next they'll get whats truly deserved! Hope that out look might help.
Another one I try to use when work starts to sux in general or someones stressing about something. Just ask yourself or your coworker " Is someone shooting at you?" If not it's no as bad a day as you thought it was.

If I can make it through life without excessive burden on others, great. If I can make it through life and teach people what I know, even better. We only add a small amount of insight to a very, very large picture.

That is great and that can be tough at least for me to maintain for a long period of time. Keep doing what you are doing
