I never felt the need to criticize a sitting US President, but then again, I (A Christian , gun owner) have never been attacked or have been tried to put on the DHS Domestic Terrorists list by a sitting US President either. So....

The lemmings will follow each other over the cliff so does it really need to be discussed? The fact that we have elected lemmings is our own fault. Mad Dog could have changed the course of history and reset the "end of the empire" countdown, but he didn't and I'm reluctantly glad that he didn't. There are not enough leaders in the military to understand and appreciate what really happened so perhaps it is best that they feel and see the flames and hopefully it burns an indelible scar into their collective memory how close we are to losing to the republic to enemies from within.
It's funny how we all go to Leadership courses to learn how to be a better follower and then chastise each other for "failure to lead."
For all the "Type A" NCOs whose heads just exploded; I am not advocating anarchy or disobedience, merely trying to pique your mentality so that you don't reach ROAD (Retired on Active Duty) and realize that you are part of an empire that was once revered and feared as the guardian's of democracy around the world, but now looked upon with dismay as our military leaders and congress hold heated debates about which signs to hang on a latrine so as not to offend the "butt pirates."
It's painful to watch and listen to "leaders" argue while developing operating manuals and regulations about which person is the sponsor and who is the dependent in a same-sex marriage of two Active Duty soldiers enrolling in DEERS or applying for housing and benefits.
When you consider our all volunteer forces are pulled from the lowest income households and (still) tend to score lowest on intelligence scales and highest on personality disorders (according to information collected for an inquiry by the JCS),
it speaks highly of our ability to achieve greatness through adversity. Let's just hope that we are able to overcome this latest spate of idiocy that threatens our republic and get back to the matters of national security and world dominance.

I've come to realize there are people cut to be Commander & Chief and there are those who don't. I've long held the office of the President should a business. Unfortunately I have a President that lacks both qualities. Business and smart's. I didn't vote for him and I want to thank all those that made the mistake of doing so. Basicly our government is a business, it takes a person with business smarts to do the job right. Also the the Congress and Senate shouldn't be a career. Terms limits should be in place.

I feel everyone has the right to freedom of speech. However, disgraceful remarks about our President only makes that person small and hurts our country. I have an idea, why don’t republicans and democrats support 100% the commander for three years then work to select the right person on the fourth year. I know weird concept get along.

So if the "Commander in Chief" has no regard for his duty to support and defend the Constitution and violates it on the regular, then shouldn't we be bringing charges and/or refusing to follow unconstitutional orders? Or do we just follow orders and use that as our excuse when the political prisoners are rounded up and sent to the gulag?

Respect the office not the man. There are many presidents and policies I may not agree with but I always respect the office and I remember that Americans fought and died to protect that office. As a citizen and trained member of the US armed forces, I stand ready to protect and defend it to this day.

It's called Freedom of Speech. We have every right, just like liberals did to Reagan & Trump. Will slick Willy was acting president, he closed every base I was stationed at. All were around since WWII & has weakened America's strength when closed. Obama was worse, followed by Biden, to be the worse president, ever.

A criticism is a manifestation of a negative personal opinion. We often criticized out senior NCOs and the officers above us. If you know of any service member who has never "griped" about someone in their chain of command, I'd have to politely call you a big prevaricator (liar.) Last time I knew, the Commander in Chief was a member of the Chain of Command. In my 20 years I've known plenty of senior personnel whose primary concern was, of course the mission, but never at the cost of unnecessary sacrifice of their troops. I suggest that the author of this post is not aware that the present POTUS unnecessarily put 13 service members in such jeopardy, that they lost their lives. In other words, a senior member in the Chain of Command, was negligent and should be at the very least be subject to vehement speech from other service members. Imagine a 1st Lt. or a Captain being negligent and causing the loos of lives of his or her troops!
