While in the military, I had to watch what I said but as a civilian for over 50 years I will say whatever I want to about the president and generals. Its my civic duty to critize the president. The current president, Biden is a crooked SOB and his dealings with the Chineese boarder on treason. He is senile and incapable to run the office of the president. I am no longer in the military and the military rules no longer apply to me. I wish Biden no harm but will be glad to see him out of office. He has done lots of harm to the military with his covid jab demands and forcing wokeness on the military.

When in service, don't criticize! When no longer active, a citizen has every right to criticize.

While on active duty I feel like you should keep your mouth shut and keep it to yourself. I also can’t believe the number of times I’ve seen people post a video, IN UNIFORM, saying and doing things they shouldn’t.
Now, as a veteran, I should be able to say whatever I want, especially when useless politicians send the military to fight and die with no intention of doing what it takes to secure victory through combat.

I was a Hospital Corpsman that served with the Marine Corps for most of my time in the service. I followed my oath the entire time I served. When there is hard evidence that President Biden is a proven liar about his financial dealings with foreign countries and proven that he did use influence peddling to get his son a multi million salary, yes this should be allowed. He violated his oath of office. Freedom of speech is a RIGHT given by the Constitution. Talking about his inability to not be able to speak to the American people without lying makes him a person that cannot be trusted. Propagating the truth is not lying or disrespectful to him and should be allowed. We are still Americans and have rights as such. Respect is not given but earned and I, and many others, believe, that makes it our right to pass on the truth to all Americans. If the truth hurts him, too bad. It is hard to show respect to someone that has no idea of what the truth is.
Respect for the President is something that I stuck firmly to my entire time in the service, but the distortion of facts is something that cannot be tolerated. I firmly believe that stating the facts is neither disrespectful nor against anything that the service stands for.
This is the first time in my life I have ever spoken about the Presidential office but looking at the fact that we are now treated as a third world country is not my idea of leadership and truthful execution of his office. The United States is now looked at a power not to be respected, but a laughing matter for countries that used to be our allies. I am sad that our ranking in the world has fallen so low that we are a laughing stock to nearly every country. Our mighty military forces are not feared anywhere and the mass influx of illegals coming across the border every day makes it almost a certainty that many of the so called "immigrants" are nothing more than soldiers from other countries that are here for purposes not related to immigration but for military purposes to overthrow the country and make us a broken down country. Every day, people on the FBI list of wanted criminals are allowed through our borders. We are loosing men and women every day overseas that should be home protecting our borders. President Biden is not a leader of our country but the reason we are in such bad shape. That is the truth and should be stated.

Our Commander in Chief and President of the United States of America has been elected in a democratic election by majority of Americans. Hence, regardless of which political party she or he belongs to, we must protect our Constitution and respect our Commander in Chief. If our President is wrong then, he or she will face the music because our Country has a system of checks and balances. Once elected, our duty is to remain neutral and obey orders. We, the active duty, Reserves, National Guard and Veterans of the United States Armed Forces, must lead by example and follow our Commander in Chief. We must learn to keep our personal differences aside and, not publicly down talk, blame or find fault in our leadership. If we can't support then, best is to remain mum. Elections will take place again in four years, so keep a lid on your feelings till then.

I'm no longer active duty....so I'll say what I bloody well please about this "President". Its my belief that he is actively trying to abolish the bill of rights. And making a power grab towards a single party government. He's also utterly corrupt and everything he does is for his benefit financially....as well as all of Congress. I think they should all be brought up on corruption charges, and removed from office.

First and foremost, any Service Member wishing to make comment of their personal opinion regarding any facet of leadership must be doing so in a way that it is obvious that the opinion is theirs and theirs alone. The Public Affairs Office will have more information on how to ensure that. Second, the Service Member needs to make sure the comments are not Seditious in nature.
