How do you put the MOS 14G on your resume (for a networking job or IT job)?

Um mmmm I'd say "Battle management systems operator; job tasks include:
-worked with command networking and air management
-broadcasts air tracks over a multi point network
-entered location and tracks on said network"

Hey Brother, I do not know much about your MOS but I do hire and fire people often and I have read hundreds of resumes. The important part is to break down you skills and experience as they relate to the job being offered. Do not expect a civilian or even a vet like me, what wasnt in your MOS to have any idea what you have done. Start way back at your MOS school and list out every bit of knowledge you have acquired along with every practical application of skill that you have ever performed. Then think about what you have done as an Army SGT. Add in leadership skills, management tasks, etc. Feel free to go into detail about what you have really done. In general, you will stack up very well against civilians who do not have your real world experience.
Good luck
