Nothing ON shirts larger 5X7in the UP right position as If being flown...
And If you're going to burn it... soak it in Gasoline and wrap YOUR Damn SELF Up in it...

Are you asking about the flag PRINT on an article of clothing or a literal flag being worn like a cape or something?

I never see it as a big deal, but if you're going to, do it respectfully.
