How does a cop try to pull over 50 bikers at one time?

You shoot a couple of the leaders and the others will stop. Or provide further target opportunities. ;-)

I'll ask the question, WHY does he need to pull more than 50 bikes over? Certainly not all of them have committed traffic violations. Just because they are in a "pack" doesn't give LE the authority to impede the progress of all of them. Does it? FKN BS!

I did law enforcement for over 20 years and we were trained and told not to pull over more than vehicle at a time. It is to dangerous and stupid to try and do more than one.
