How is a dual masters from AMU looked at in Disaster Managment for a civilian?

I am a civilian interested in AMU for Dual Master of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management and Homeland Security. Because of the cost and time, I am trying to do my research between all colleges to make the best choice. How is AMU degree received in this area of expertise? Any advice or insight would be appreciated.
