How long did it take you to get an offer for AGR position?

My husband is Army Reserves and applied for AGR. He was boarded in January, received an email February 2nd that he was recommended by the panel. We know its not guaranteed a position. But if you were recommended how long until you got offered a position?

All vacant AGR positions are filled by Soldiers already in the AGR Program. When vacant positions cannot be filled due to personnel shortfalls they use the Recommended/Eligible List to fill vacant positions. Positions are usually filled with a Soldier that is one grade below the required position grade.
I applied 2 years in a row and did not receive an offer/position. Nothing opened up or was available.

Mine was a Recruiting Tour. I was put on a month TDY while I completed Recruiting School and went straight onto Active Duty after. If you didn’t pass you didn’t get your tour.
