I have been denied twice for compensation and once for VA Healthcare because my records are missing.

Rick, have you sent in an SF 180 to the Archives to see what they have?

Rabbi,
Yes Sir, I did that early last week and should have a copy of all my records, including classified this week. Thank You so much for the recommendation. You're the best!
Thanks,
Rick

Rick, you're welcome, and thank you. Please be patient, it will take 3 months or so for the Archives to get back to you, assuming they have your records. I have some experience as a DAV service officer, so if you need help, please feel free to contact me off line...

Mine is because of "incomplete" records, which was a "failure to document" because I didn't go to medical for "headaches" (Migraines), because you don't win any favors running over to BAS everytime you have one. It's easier to ride it out to the end of the day, and sleep it off.

I've submitted buddy statements (including my wife who was active duty), current medical documents, including a doctor's statement ("likely as not service related"), as well as emergency room documentation from 1~ year after I got out.

The "Frustration" of dealing with the "system" is rough. The People have always been great. No complaint regarding the people. What's annoying is that I'm just trying to get a 0% so that it's covered (I'm on 2 pills/day + impact pills) in case it ever gets worse, as I've got it "under control" (90% of the time that is).

Be aware! Once you involve an attorney then YOU can no longer communicate with the VA on your own. I have an attorney in the family whom is advising me. Thanks for your response.

Schneider National does the majority of trucking for Dollar General. They have been my biggest client for 25 years now.
