It is down for me this morning. It seems like it worked well when I first started using it a year ago but the performance has been getting worse and worse.

I use it, and it "generally" works, though it is overly complex, and slower than molasses.
I think it's hitting the point where its infrastructure cannot support any longer.

I use it to keep track of the portion of my Retired pay that the VA pays, I'm "only" 40% so it's split between DFAS and the VA.
There are some things that haven't worked since I started using it, mainly the email functionality isn't there to contact anyone if I have concerns.

I just logged on without a problem. If you're a veteran and you aren't using ebenefits.va.gov you're wrong. That website is more than just tracking a payment. You can get records, schedule appointments with vso's and for those who are looking for jobs....use the employment center. If they would take the time to navigate the website they would see there is more information there.

Somewhat like the Obama care website, I'm not sure which was modeled after the other but
