How many people have received their LEOSA credentials?

SFC William Farrell - Yea, no kidding about Baltimore. I don't go out much at all because of all the stupid people that live around here. I'm still in Maryland only because I have a decent paying job. I can't wait to retire out of this state. My wife and I are between Florida and Tennessee when trying to decide where to retire.

The thing about cops (or people in general) is they always want to feel more important than the next guy. It's a human flaw. Marines think they're better than Army, State cops think they're better than County, county than city bla bla bla. Ultimately we're all on the same side... law and order versus chaos right? At this point, I don't even care who has better training etc. We're all on the same side. That city cop has to think of it like this... if he was on the ground getting his ass beat would he care what kind of cop walked around the corner and helped him?

SGT Jay Guardia - Well said Jay. I posted something other day about if I was armed and a cop needed help, I'd have his back and if I wasn't armed, I'd do the best I could to back him up. I have no problem running into fire, did it before, will do it again if needed.

SFC William Farrell - Exactly my point, I agree whole heartily. I couldn't live with myself if I didn't help a cop (or civilian) in distress. That's what I mean by we're all on the same side. Cops young and old, civilian or military need to focus on that concept instead of measuring their self importance.

I got mine about a month ago and got my certification through a police firearms instructor who works for a local PD. It was a lot easier than going through the county program at the college.
