It really depends on the division. Each division has it's own IT support staff. EOS (Electro-Optical Systems) was fine while I was there and it was a small group which gave the opportunity to share responsibilities giving a broad range of skill acquirement.

I worked for them on contract at my first job post-retirement. Okay company to work for and the pay was so-so.
I was a Linux Sys Ad, and the job itself was decent. But my on-site leadership was very toxic to use a military term. A bunch of "good old boys" club stuff going on, and I got treated like crap because I wasn't a member. I eventually got fired on trumped up charges.
