Pretty straightforward - For promotion to SGT, You can receive the following points (max) in each category [NOTE: This is going to change as of 1 April 2023]*
• Up to 340 points for "military training' (section 3-16)
••• Weapons qualification (160 points max)
••• APFT (180 points max)
• Up to 125 points for 'awards, decorations, and achievements' (section 3-17)
• Up to 200 points for military education (section 3-18)
••• PME (40 points max)
••• Resident military Training (80 points max)
••• Computer-based training/nonresident (80 points max)
• Up to 135 points for civilian education (section 3-19)
That gives you a possible max of 800 points for promotion to SGT. You'll have to go through each section and calculate your points.
Is there something specific you're having trouble with?

I have an ATTRS transcript, but the problem I am having is how to know which is non-resident and a resident and in AR 600-18-9 it’s says for correspondence courses it is 1 point per 5 hours. But I can’t do that because I’m confused on which are non-resident courses and which are just resident courses.

SPC (Join to see) - Don't have access to ATRRS right now, but the hours should be shown on the transcript. If the course is <30 minutes, then it will be 0 .. otherwise it should be shown.
You can always go into ATRRS and reprint the certificates for the courses (which should have the hours of instruction on it) - https://www.atrrs.army.mil/selfdevctr

The unit Admin will calculate your points, you can take your time and review based on the regulation as well if that makes you more comfortable it is smart to double check, you don’t want to give possible points away.

Upon looking, it looks like your points are about 477 or less depending on your zone. Let me offer some advice no one told me: go to your education center, pick a college: I personally recommend Texas Central College because they’ll give you the most credits but any will do. Tell them “I’m interested in xyz degree and would like to transfer my military education into college credits”. They will have you make an account with their online program, but you won’t be enrolled into any classes. They’ll give you a sealed letter for college credits and you can give that to your S1. They gave me 6 classes short of an associate’s degree. That will give you a substantial amount of promotion points. Between all your other things: weapons, ACFT, awards, etc. you should hypothetically be close to points.

I'd Like To Offer A Suggestion.
Unless You're Making The Military Your Career,
You Might Want To Consider A Different Direction.
Think About Your Interests & What You WOULD Like To Be Doing As A Career.
Now Return To Your Education Office & See What The The Services Have To Offer.
It WAS Called "United States Armed Forces Institute" (U.S.A.F.I.)
But I Think The Name Has Changed. But The Name Makes No Difference.
They Have, Or Had, An Abundance Of Programs For ANY Field You Could Imaging..
I Chose "Business"; And For The Next 4 Years Of My Enlistment, I Grabbed Every Business Program I Could Complete Within That Time. ~~ Let My Close In On The Final Results.....
I Walked In The The USAF With An EIGHT GRADE Education......
Walked OUT With, What I'd Consider, "A MASTERS In Business Administration"...
Employed By FMC As An Industrial Purchasing Agent, In Michigan... ..
In 2 Years I Was Transferred To The Indiana Plant As Their Purchasing Director....
Became An Owner Of 2 Printing Business, In Michigan Retired, 1st Time at 56.
SO, No Matter Which Direction You Head, Your Education May Well Make You Or Break You...
So Get All Of It You Can.......BTW.. It's FREE... They Win And So Do You.
That's What's Called "A WIN ~ WIN, Situation"
