How valuable a resource has RallyPoint been for its members?

I think so. It is a happy medium between facebook and linkedin.

I think RallyPoint is an excellent resource, given the myriad of topic threads; something for everyone. For me, it gives me an opportunity to participate in both thought provoking issues and humor as well as post questions that are issues to me. I can have discussions here that aren't easily found in my current circle of friends. Sometimes I just need more than Facebook lite.

It's what you make it to be, and how open you are to other viewpoints. If you connect with good folks, you're going to get smarter and more informed being they will challenge you as you do them
