How will we deal with Americans captured fighting for ISIS?

The Caliphate is collapsing and we face the possibility that some of the Americans who went over there to achieve Martyrdumb change their minds. I for one think we need to revoke their citizenship before that happens. They have betrayed their country and taken part in hostilities against it. If we wait and let the ACLU get into it we'll be paying for their sex changes

Ignore them in general.... they wanted it, they own it...
If they make it to a US consulate and request assistance, detain, transport back to a US federal confinement facility so they may be investigated completely and determine which laws were broken, charges need be preferred.
Try, convict, sentence and ensure local prison pop is made aware of who they are and what their crimes were.
Once the general Pop has taken matters in to their own hands, provide for cremation and burial in paupers field at local cemetery. Family may at their expense petition a federal judge to have the remains exhumed and transfered at families expense to a interment place of their choice, at their expense.

If any of them renounced their citizenship, don't let them back in. All the rest committed treason. As long as we have two witnesses to their act, there's no need for a trial even according to the constitution. A .22 NATO round will be cheap and make fast work of them.

If they renounced, they left the United States to swear allegiance to the Caliphate. We can revoke it and de facto , deport them.

I haven't heard of any prisoners so far. Are they indeed fighting to the death, or have they disappeared?

It's the middle of the desert and they are surrounded. Either the Syrians and Iraqis have prisoners or there are a lot of dead "martyrs. "Apparently the Giant, great big executioner guy, was killed. They posted his picture."

Revoke their citizenship and deport them to whatever country they were captured in. It would be essential to do before the ACLU et al can stick their nose in it. Failing to do so could result in denying them the martyr dumb they have worked so hard for. Let their punishment be decided by the country they invaded

Let's hope our trigger pullers are highly effective and find no way to take one alive. You made your bed, sleep in it. You turned your back on your country and probably have partaken in multiple war crimes in the area as a member of ISIS. You need your membership card in the human race revoked, permanently.

By them losing ground, their order to form a Caliphate will be an idea. Spread across the globe will come Islamic terror towards the Infidel and Jews towards this end. By not allowing them their dirt patch, the situation will be worse in Europe and North America.
Loss of citizenship, loss of property, deportations and not allowing them to grow in the west are all points needed. Throw in anyone on Islamic terror watch lists too.
To them, we are the enemy in many ways. Supporting the Iragi Shia, stepping foot on their soil and not believing in their one true god of the Kaaba are reasons for our murder to them.

Not the first Mahdi and Caliphate. The Movie Kartoum is about an even larger rebellion with many times the casualties. Seems to come along every generation or two. I think we dodged a bullet that even more Muslims didn't join the rebellion. It seems to be a Sunni thing. I haven't heard of any Shiites joining
