I am being told to go to PT by the command on only 4-5 hours of sleep. As a junior enlisted, how do I solve this problem?

We have a new 1SG and new commander. The 1SG noticed one day that only 5 people in the whole company showed up to PT. Now he put out to all the platoon Sergeants that everyone must show up to PT at either the 0530 formation or the 1600 formation.
However, my section is the only one in the hospital that has a 1600-0000 shift. I am being told by my first line that the 1SG says that I have to be at the morning formation, no exceptions.
I don’t want to sound like I’m whining but at the same time it’s unfortunate that I have to explain to myself as to why this isn’t right.
As a junior enlisted I do feel stuck.
How do I bring this issue up and solve this effectively and professionally?
Also: Do you know of any Army Regulations that can support anything?

As a Junior Enlisted you are stuck Period. Follow orders ! If it interferes with Hospital duties ask the Hospital admin to request the 1st Sgt make an allowance. I suggest you do as you are told, bucking the system doesn't work .

Here's the solution. Go to PT, go home, shower, and go back to bed. If you can talk your command into a 0800 PT time then more power to you, but in the end you've got from the end of PT till 1600 to sleep and get ready for work. Welcome to the Army.

You are whining. The army needs its personnel to be in good physical and mental condition. In today's military, we have a huge amount of humans that are overweight. Most of our armed forces are in poor shape even if not overweight. You should hug and kiss your first sergeant and be thankful he or she cares about your health.

Do not taking short cuts t get around the P.T cause it too is sign when the going gets tough, you would shortcut inthe battle ground, or anywhere you are, Taking the long way around is for your own conditioning and safety and it prepares you mentally to not turn and run if you are pinned down somewhere.

You go and do PT on only 4-5 hours sleep. That's what you do. After PT you can go back to sleep. Look Yes it Sucks the Big Green Weenie is doing you without the courtesy of a reach around but you still have plenty of down time to get more sleep after PT. It's just a new routine you will have to get used to unless you can get your Company XO or CO to give you a pass but I do not see that happening since they would have to do that for your entire section and that would be unfair to everyone else in the Company that didn't get a pass. So it's just one of those things where you say to your self Welcome to the Army lol...

Wow, just wow. The military has sure changed.
Sign your name, take the oath, do what you are told.
You may get an order one day that Could lead to your death. That is the job. Go to PT and quit whining.

These new soldiers whine about everything. Our force is becoming weaker and weaker. You get 5 hours of sleep before PT come back shower and you still have 9-10 hours before you have to be at work. What’s the problem?!

You're getting 4 to 5 hours of sleep and you're worried about PT? You obviously have no idea what is in store being a parent and having a job. I am absolutely ashamed at the military for promoting you above me because you do not belong in the military. Soup sandwich doesn't even describe you. Blue falcon does describe you. What the fuck are you in the military for? For fucks sake, why the fuck did you enlist?
