I am trying to get transcripts but the Joint Services Transcript site's security certificate is expired. How do I contact them?

You can email them at [login to see] but you can always continue to the webpage anyway.

Some times DoD did not pay or update the Certs. Often you can still go to the sites if the cert is expired.
