I cannot use RMAs for training, and do not want to use an RST. Is there another path toward getting "paid" beyond a TPU's MUTA limit of 48?

I would like to attend a marksmanship match and get paid for it as a TPU.
Per 350-66 such competitions are considered training. I have be able to to this in the past for an RST (but since RST's are in replace of MUTA's and I will be going to all 48 of my MUTA's I can't use an RST).
Now, per 140-1 RMA's canNOT be used for "training". So that nixes an RMA. I'm trying to get my cake and eat it too. Using an RST and skipping a MUTA doesn't get me a net increase of funds in my pocket.
I guess I am looking for an additional funding source/regulation for training in excess of AT and MUTA's.
Is it out there?

AT orders if you haven’t used all your 29 days this FY. If you have, ADT orders.

CPT (Join to see), MAJ (Join to see) and MSG (Join to see) are on the right track. The unit should be using ADT for events like this.
I am not sure why anyone would use an RST. RSTs are for making up regularly scheduled training. ADT is for everything else (hence the "additional" part).
