I have an evaluation with duplicated comments. It's accepted through HRC. How do I get this fixed?

Long story short, had to change Senior Rater at last minute and in the process the Comments were duplicated for two blocks. I looked through AR and DA PAM but not sure if this is a valid reason for appeal? Any suggestions or insights?

Oh, side note, appeals are for factually incorrect information, not for "damn, we screwed up".
A comment saying you failed an APFT when you hadn't, for example, or a comment saying you had an Article 15 when it was actually a different NCO.
If the double tapped bullets are factually inaccurate, then maybe. Otherwise, not so much...

Did HRC approve it for iPerms?
I wish I was that lucky to have the ones I submit make it through with an error that obvious.
I just got one kicked back because my Sr rater commends I write didn't jive with the rating level. Since the rating level is locked I basically just had to edit my comments to that level or explain explicitly why I felt otherwise. We're talking about an USAR NCOER here during 100% virtual battle assemblies so I'm not about to split hairs over anything.
In the end, it helped the soldier, but we are talking semantics here because my comments had to be more glowing. That's why it got kicked back.
So what I'm saying is........ Why can't anything I submit be reviewed by the guy that misses duplicate comments (one of which is going to be comments not pertinent to the Block they are being assigned to) verses the reviewer that kicks it back for nuances of enthusiasm (or lack there of) in the Sr Rater comments that are not 100% in step with the assigned rating level.
