nothing really, I hope you like the motor pool.

Other than that, get out, explore Savannah. If you get a chance to experience St Patrick's day there, do so. The Pink House is very good. There's quite a few places in the area to visit (South Carolina, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Savannah).

good advice from SSG David Hudson and definitely get out when you can and don't be a barracks/home rat. Experience the areas around you when you can because you will spend a lot of time in the field for training exercise. Also, in regards to questions on what intermediate drivers training and others things are get with your leadership (team leader, squad leader etc...), that is what they are there for to provide help and guidance and information for you. Good luck

I have just arrived at my first duty station at Fort Stewart. What should I expect? Also, what is the Intermediate Drivers training?

Depending on what kind of unit you are in being a gen mech for 4 years already. I haven’t worked on gens that much. Because of the units I’ve been in. It’s either trucks or I’m working on the gcss-a system. That’s a 92A job. I’m a motor SGT for an HHC and that’s all i do. Just be ready to do anything

Uber to Savannah (dont drink and drive), utilize on post resources (USO), dont marry a barracks rat just to get out of the B's, be ready to spend a lot of time in the field, prepare for a deployment, embrace the suck.
