I just accepted an Admin NCO position (AGR) at a Trans Co. What should I expect to do on a regular basis?

As the Admin NCO for my company, I handle all of the S1 functions, iPerms, Pars, RCAS updates, Separations.. I also update DTMS, am the security manager, oversee all NCOERS, (initial review befor the 1SG rips them apart) , and assist the Training and Supply NCOs as well as tracking tasks for the readiness NCO.
My advice would be to organize your tasks in a manner that is easy for you.

At the Company level you are spared a LOT of stuff, except Reports to Higher HQ's. You'll likely be doing Training Schedules, ATRRS, NCOER's, CTT, Physical Security, Arms Room Custodian, Preparing briefings on everyone's status. During Drills, you are the Go-To guy. The week prior to Drill, you set the Stage for Soldiers so their weekend is productive. The week after the Drill, you unfuck everything that got messed up. You're basically the 1SG when he/She isn't around.

Dude, you are responsible for everything if you are the only Cat in the building. S-1/2/3/4. Battalion should be able to help you out some but in most cases that could be considered "jumping the Chain" unless there is a MOU. Good Luck Brother. Take deep breaths on a regular basis...
