I went to my finance at soldier support and she said only single soldiers get reimbursed so I’m just reaching out. Just a question.

This is what I found in a search and it came from move.mil for TCS guidance.
"Effective 1 Oct 12, ASC assumed responsibility for funding of HHG and POV storage for eligible soldiers during Temporary Change of Station (TCS) deployments in support of Named Contingency Operations (CONOPS). ASC does NOT fund entitlements for Operational or Rotational Force Missions which are not Named CONOPS in the DA Financial Management Guidance for OCO and Base Funded Contingency Operations."
"HHG and/or POV Storage is authorized for single Soldiers; Soldiers married to another service member when both are deployed; Soldier married to another service member residing at different permanent duty stations; and Soldiers who are single parents with a childcare plan that requires the dependent to leave the residence. "
For those who needed HHG storage while deployed that's who it applied to. It comes up as a Word document: https://move.mil/sites/default/files/tcs-guidance.docx
I typed in "household good non temporary storage deployment"
If you are one of the personnel mentioned that qualify for HHG storage during deployment this is what you do if you had self procured storage:
'Self-procured storage of HHGs: All expenses are the initial responsibility of the Soldier. After redeployment the Soldier will submit eligibility documents, copies of the storage contract, itemized storage bill (must indicate a zero balance owed), and the HHG weight tickets to the ITO. The Soldier is authorized reimbursement of actual authorized expenses or the Government Constructive Cost (GCC), whichever is less. "
If you were not one of the soldiers listed above, you won't get reimbursed. You could go to move.mil and look around there to see if there's anything else.

Absolutely, I had climate controlled storage so my pretty Subaru had a nice place to sleep for 12 months. I took my monthly receipts to finance and got reimbursed. Although you should have ensured prior to leaving that you’d get reimbursed, I don’t see it getting denied.
