I'm featured in an Army Commercial? Has anyone seen this?

Ok so over this weekend I was approached by 4 different people from 4 different areas saying they saw me featured in this new Army commercial as the main character talking about his service. I have no idea what they are talking bout but some of these were people I knew and didn't know. I haven't done anything like that since 2006. So I am curious if anyone has seen this commercial. I have googled it and cannot find it. This is very strange. Somebody owes me some money!

Outstanding response, Major! Man, I remember that song and The Village People. Being a rock and roller, I hated them. It's funny, now all that disco and pop music from the '70s just brings back good memories. Funny how time changes the way we feel about things.

My question is that if we are going to force 30,000 people out of the military in the next two years in order to downsize and cut cost, WHY are we spending money on military commercials!

The GOAL is to hire less troops in the first place. This is coming from DOD, not me. We went through this back in the early 80's. A lot of those 30,000 who are going to be asked to leave ARE NOT sub-standard leaders. If we DO have that many sub-standard leaders then a lot of those leaders who will be allowed to stay failed as leaders and trainers also. Most of those people will just be in the wrong MOS at the wrong time. My point is that after the downsizing the recruiting levels WILL go down in order to maintain that lower level so we don't need to waste money on commercials unless it's absolutely necessary.
