I'm looking at 3 day packs. Should I get one in multicam to match my OCPs, or tan to be a more discreet when traveling?

Your pack is not going to be the object that gives you away to being military (although it is a factor). Your haircut, mannerisms and walk will do that already.

Doesn't matter. As I travel around, there are so many people out there with them. Even in European airports I see lots of them. In the States, it's a forest.

SPC Logan Daniels - I'm retired. Most the time I travel I either have Alice or a dufflebag. Lots o dufflebags out there.

Well look at it this way, if it's camouflage in your case ocp or multicam it will look great in uniform but will stand out in a crowd in civilians but with tan as long as you don't have a flag or unit patch it will blend in with every day use. However I choose the black 5.11 pack you wouldn't know it was a go bag unless you got up close to it and saw the molle loops and velcro, however it does stand out when I'm in ocps so gotta be careful of that.

Nobody looks at a tan A Bag like that at an airport and says “He’s an everyday citizen.” Either way you’re announcing yourself as military with a high speed bag like that.

If you want to be discreet get a civilian backpack that is with in regs and wear civis when you travel.
If you are going to where ur uniform i say flip a coin.
