I switched via IST. I have some supply experience but I still have much to learn. I really want to excel in my new unit. What can I do?

Start with AR 710-2, and DA PAM 710-2-1.

There are corespondence courses in ALMS and read regs. Ask about the forms used and hang out with other NCO 92Ys. Often it takes being in the organization to find out how they do business, but look up CSDP info and ask questions.

Get with your current supply sergeant or adjacent commands and ask for advice and training. Read the regulations and insure you fallow the regulations, there are a lot of responsibilities in supplying. Financial and legal, good luck with your career.
