Like any medical test, you are always allowed a second opinion. Seek another opinion, even if it means spending out of pocket to go off post.

Aye, inquire as to the appeal process and take it as high as you can. I went to the Yard in Washington for mine and it was an incredible experience... don't forget to thank your lawyer
