I was the first solder off the first C130 at Seattle Tacoma airport March 29, 1973. Does anyone know how I can find this event?

The most enduring record is likely local Tacoma newspapers stored on microfiche in a Tacoma area library. I would contact a library in Tacoma and see if they have can look for the event you describe, or maybe take a trip I find there are records to slew through.

I recall I was one if not the only one in summer dress clothes. The others looked like the walked out of the jungle onto the c 130. I do recall we set along the outer wall of the plane. The center had two very large ceramic elephant's that a general, I was told, was sending state side. They filled the center of the plane. only got the ride because of some soldiers were in withdraw from drugs and had to stay in Japan. Thanks I loved the photos. I do need to make to trip to the west coast.
