Take notes, confront them, if issues persist and the chain of command is not helpful go to IG

SN Bryan King I'm sorry to hear you had to go through that during your time in the service. Its too bad you couldn't invite them to join RallyPoint, then some of us other Senior Officers could counsel them on not to show bias towards anyone they are in charge of! All kidding aside; hopefully you can past the issue bothering you. Good luck.

Sir, when I said bothers me even today, his actions made me hate the Coast Guard. But what does not kill you makes you stronger. If he was not so biased against me he might have found I was a good person to have on your side. I did have the honor of serving some great people in my short service.
