The correct answer is "Starship Troopers." I mean that one already shows up on our reading lists periodically so it's obviously influencing senior leaders.

Neither, you should read Robert Heinlein's, Starship Troopers. Disregard the movies which are lame and have little similarity with the book. It spells it all out. I have seen it on several Army Commander's reading Lists and the USMC Commandant's as well. Great detail on duties and responsibilities of Officer's.
