If anyone needs to talk you are not alone!! Many of us have walked in the valley.

When I was deployed I had some intense childhood trauma surface and I will share with you I walked in my own valley. I had a Chaplain, and a NCO who listened, encouraged me to get help. I am now a Chaplain, inbox me if you need someone to talk to. We are all family!!
