If females were to become apart of the Army Rangers, would they deploy as much as the males? If so, what positions do they hold doing so?

If you think you can make it, give it a shot. I hope you have some serious experience carrying weight or in athletics or else you're lining yourself up for a femur/hip stress fracture.
Also, females are allowed in the 75th Ranger Regiment, at least one has passed the selection so far

If you don't score a 300 on your PT Test, please don't. They train together & the occasional Regiment, or Brigade Runs need to be kept up with. Those are more about stamina than speed ie The Ranger Shuffle. LOL !

In addition to PT Test, you want to be a strong swimmer, comfortable with chin ups / pull ups, & by a Speed Bag (recumbent upper body exercise, aerobic). The Speed Bag & Chin Up Bar aren't as commonly appreciated as they should be, for fitness training. Basketball for example, is great for Fast Twitch response training, where Soccer is for stamina (& coordination). I was an Army Medic, Artilleryman, & PsyOps in my tours of duty.

I'd probably recommend assignment to Ft Benning first. Then train with additional criteria & people on personal time. The longest journey begins with the first steps.

Of course you would deploy as much as the men. If you make it through Ranger School assigned to a Ranger Bn your a Ranger. Deployments are not based on gender

They are based on the specific needs of the mission. A Battalion will also include trained Support Troops. Not all members of Ranger Regiments are Infantry MOS, however, completion of the 2 month Ranger Tab Qualification is "highly encouraged," as is Jump School. Not EVERYONE in Airborne Units are Jump Qualified (including Officers), but it's very much desired by command.

Correct CPL.I was cross-trained in 4 as were my fellow Rangers. We would use Infantry to soak up any missing parts as necessary, but our mission was ours.

CPL Joseph Elinger Your response isn't answering the question. No MOS is off limits to female Soldiers and deployments Are not based on gender.

It’s safe to assume that a ranger is a ranger and yes deployed diary based on MOs, units of assignment, and the regiment tempo. Over all I say they would deploy as much as any other person in the regiment unless attached to a QRF element or rear det unit.
