No. At one point in my career I was told I needed to do this, but I told them I was an NCO and this was my place, that I was too rude and crude to be an officer. Some of us are NCOs and there's where we serve the best.

You actually can. If you earn your associates in a subject they commission for, you can make a deal to cut your contract short and do 2 years at ROTC to get your bachelors, and a commission. I hear about it a lot, and plan on doing it. Contact the school you want to go to and talk to them about it. If you fail, you finish up the rest of your commitment as enlisted.

It all depends on the school you would like to attend. Some allow it, and some make you finish your contract first. It's not an AFI, it's at commanders discression to allow you out of your contract, just like they can decide if you get kicked out for drug charge/DUI

There are multiple ERP programs to can apply I.e. AFSCP/SOAR or POC-ERP. If you want information on them it can be found on AFVEC
